Neil’s foundation in fitness stems from his background in Olympic weightlifting. The demanding nature of the sport required him to focus intensely on mobility, strength, and injury prevention—pushing him to master his own physical health. In the process, he began helping fellow lifters optimize performance and recover from injuries.
Today, Neil brings a wealth of knowledge in health and wellness, developed through years of hands-on experience and mentorship under high-level coaches across multiple fitness disciplines.
