Devon Sue-Chee
Devon’s passion for fitness began early in life, eventually leading him to pursue a degree in Health and Wellness. He started his career in a corporate environment, where he focused on helping office workers and everyday individuals manage pain, reduce discomfort, and reach a wide range of fitness goals.
It was during this time that Devon discovered the Functional Range Systems (FRS) methodology, a science-based approach to mobility and joint health, which strongly aligned with his philosophy on sustainable wellness and performance.
Today, Devon works with clients of all ages, offering personalized training that ranges from rehabilitation-focused programs to performance-driven coaching, always aiming to enhance movement, strength, and overall well-being.
