KINSTRETCH®
#DOANYTHING

The KINSTRETCH system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity. 

PURE STRENGTH

 

A pure total body strength-training workout with an emphasis on muscle balance, load, form and technique. Your instructor will give you feedback and make sure your execution is correct. Increasing lean body mass over time is the long-term goal. A new workout every week will keep your muscles stimulated with no worry about plateauing!

VINYASA FLOW

A traditional yoga practice that generates heat through a vigorous flowing series of yoga postures coordinated with enhanced breathing to develop strength and flexibility.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga provides a deep, introspective and quiet practice.  A calming and meditative yoga practice will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. 

HOT FLOW YOGA

Traditional yoga postures and flows performed in a heated room to encourage maximal sweat production.  You will feel revitalized after this total body detoxifer. Yoga sequences incorporate deep breathing and deep stretch for the ultimate pure hot yoga experience. 

BARRE

This ballet-based class uses the wall, elastic tubes and small dumb-bells to take you through an energizing series of exercise based on ballet, pilates and dance. Muscle conditioning, cardio, core and deep stretch are the key components with an emphasis on posture, breathing and alignment.

PURE CYCLE

Stages bikes and our specially trained instructors take you on a journey where you can push yourself harder, faster and farther than ever before. Intervals, hills and drills designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength and power. Put it all together! The right music, the best bikes, the well planned ride and direct power measurement so you can effectively track how you are doing and monitor your progress over time.

PURE HIIT

Hi Intensity Interval Training to the MAX! Intervals of high power this workout is the most efficient metabolic boosting workout on the planet. Recovery is built in to the routine within the order of exercises...you won’t be stopping! Hi intensity cardio, plyometrics, strength and core repeat. The purest “sweat dense and calorie burning” total body workout you can find!

CARDIO INTERVALS

This class will keep your heart rate up for the whole time. Intervals of athletic based movements coupled with shorter bursts of power, this class will be the top of the calorie burner for you. Intervals will keep your heart rate up high throughout and offer a change to the movements so your hips, knees and feet get recovery. Recovery is built in to the next interval deceivingly. There really is no stopping! Try this class for a knockout workout!

PURE BOOTCAMP

Battle ropes, rowers, kettle-bells, sand bags, skipping ropes, burpees, AMRAP (as many reps as possible), EMC (every minute counts), lifting, pushing and pressing in a circuit format! This workout will challenge every part of your body from every aspect- cardio, strength, agility and core…you will be crawling back for MORE!

TRX CIRCUIT

This class uses the TRX and other equipment in a circuit style class.  Suspension bodyweight training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time!  In a circuit involving more traditional strength, core and power training this class will give you everything you need and more! Each interval is timed and you will be ready for bed when it's all done!

PURE ABS, BUTT
AND LEGS

Get ready for a super intense lower body workout that targets the ABS, BUTT and LEGS!  Expect to target those tough spots from every angle in this steamy class that combines strength training, muscle toning and a bit of cardio all together.  Lets get ready for shorts this summer everyone! PS. It might hurt to sit down after this class!

POWER PILATES

This workout challenges you beyond pilates mat and will guarantee to work you to the core! Using weights, pilates balls, elastics and your own body weight this class will definitely feel intense and bring you to muscle failure. Your whole body- glutes, legs, core and arms are all targeted in this class. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
