Parker Hatten

Parker’s journey in strength and conditioning began in high school, laying the foundation for his future in fitness. After graduating from university, he transitioned into bodybuilding, training alongside a team of world class specialists and eventually stepping on stage to compete himself. His pursuit of knowledge led him to work with various strength and conditioning coaches, where he further refined his approach before discovering the Functional Range Systems (FRS), a method that strongly influenced his current philosophy.

With a diverse and extensive background in fitness, Parker continues to support clients with a wide range of goals, from weight loss and competitive bodybuilding to injury recovery and functional performance.
