Hatha Flow Yoga: You will learn different postures (asana), conscious breathing (pranayama) and mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Yin Yoga: A slower, deeper practice in heated studio that targets the connective tissue (ligaments, bones and joints) and stimulates the channels/meridians (Chinese medicine) to bring balance into organ body. Yin poses are held from anywhere 3 to 15 minutes! And generally focus on the tissue in hips, pelvis and lower spine. Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to an active practice as it deeply stretches connective tissues.
