Nik has been a dedicated personal trainer for over eight years. His fitness journey began in early high school, initially to support his own physical goals and enhance his boxing performance. Driven by curiosity and a desire to improve, he quickly developed a strong interest in the science behind strength training, conditioning, and nutrition. This passion led him to pursue formal education in health and wellness.

With a background in martial arts and a deep love for fitness, Nik now focuses on helping others transform their health. He’s committed to guiding clients not only toward their goals but also toward building sustainable habits that last well beyond the gym. His goal is to help every client discover their own passion for fitness while reaching their full potential.
