Sherif Darrag

I really enjoy working with a diverse array of patients with varying levels of health goals. I use a patient centred approach and a variety of therapeutic tools to help patients achieve these outcomes. Some of which include:

Functional Dry Needling
Functional Range Release
Functional Range Conditioning

I use those skills helping people recover from acute injuries, overcoming chronic pain and/or general improvement of overall health. In addition to manual therapy and dry needling, I have an MSc degree in Exercise Science, 2 years of previous personal training experience and am currently working towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Exercise constitutes a big part of my rehab/ prehab philosophy. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, being part of outdoor activities and playing soccer.
