BRANDON RICHARDS

Brandon Richards is a Physiotherapy Resident with a strong academic and clinical background in human movement, rehabilitation, and performance. He holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, as well as Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Kinesiology (with Honours) from the University of New Brunswick. Brandon also moved to Toronto to pursue a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, where he further developed his expertise in research and advanced exercise science.

In addition to his clinical training, Brandon is an author and co-author of several peer-reviewed academic articles, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation sciences.

With over nine years of experience as a personal trainer, Brandon has worked with a wide spectrum of clients—including general populations, individuals with clinical conditions, and elite athletes at the Olympic level. His approach integrates evidence-based practice, functional movement principles, and a deep commitment to patient education.

As a Physiotherapy Resident, Brandon’s key goal is to become a leader in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, helping individuals restore function and optimize performance through personalized, compassionate, and effective care.
