Hot Flow Yoga: Traditional yoga postures and flows that are performed in a heated room to encourage maximal sweat production. You will feel revitalized after this total body detoxifier. Yoga sequences incorporate deep breathing and deep stretch for the ultimate pure hot yoga experience.

Vinyasa Flow: This is a traditional yoga class that encourages the generation of heat through a vigorous flowing series of yoga postures that are coordinated with enhanced breathing. The overall goal is to develop both strength and flexibility simultaneously.
