Pilates Mat: Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility.  Each class helps you work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.  This class is taught using slow and controlled movements.  Our instructors will give modifications for those just starting out or with injuries.  Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body so that you will feel increased agility in your everyday movements. 

Pilates Barre Fusion: In this class you will discover an approach to shaping your body combining the disciplines of pilates and barre in one class! This fusion class will incorporate the slow and controlled movements of pilates with the more dynamic approach of barre and ballet so that you can maximize your workout and your time!  Join this challenging, energetic workout where you will gain strength, muscle definition, flexibility and overall mind body health.
