Fitness Testing Our Pure Start Fitness System is one of the most important and comprehensive tools to have throughout your exercise regimen. Our Fitness Consultants will conduct ongoing evaluations of your physical fitness, injuries, medical background and needs in order to 'get you started' towards obtaining your desired results. Our Consultants are highly knowledgeable, very motivating and committed. They continue to monitor, measure and assess your progress encouraging continued health, as exercise naturally becomes a part of your lifestyle activities. Program Demonstration Upon completion of your fitness testing, one of our Certified Personal Trainers will demonstrate a program suitable for you. Your trainer will then give you an in-dept orientation of cardiovascular exercises, strength training and stretching tips. They will also demonstrate proper techniques of the exercises and safety when using the equipment.
Nutrition At Pure Fitness Canada, nutrition is a 'key ingredient' to your overall fitness routine. Learn valuable information you need to know nutritionally in order to see and feel the benefits from your exercise. Our Nutritionist works with you to create specific dietary meal plans, educates you on correctly reading nutritional labels, evaluates your average caloric intake, discusses and implements healthy eating options that is appealing and achievable for you and your family.

(Please see the contact page for map & directions) Note: Chiropractic care is covered under most health benefit plans. Payment must be made in full as official receipts will be provided by the doctors.
Registered Massage Therapy (R.M.T) Take some time for yourself! Have a therapeutic and relaxing treatment with a Registered Massage Therapist at the Wellness Centre located on the main floor. Child Care Members are welcome to bring their child or children to Pure Fitness's fun, toy-filled, supervised environment. The children get to play while you have a workout. Our experienced childcare supervisors encourage children to interact, meet and play with other children, do a variety of crafts, puzzles, reading and story telling. Open 7 days a week, hours subject to increase. Child care hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm 4:30pm - 8:00pm     Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm   Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm - minimum age of 2 months - 1.5 hours per visit - Childcare fees apply, pay as you go or monthly fees available - No appointment or pre-booking necessary
