day one - 1.5 hrs

The Fitness/Nutrition Consultation

  • Measuring and recording your present levels of fitness:
    • Flexibility
    • Muscle Strength
    • Heart and Lung Conditioning
    • Lean Weight
    • Stored Calorie Weight
    • Measurements in Inches
  • Discussion of Desired Goals:
    • Areas of Concern
    • Optimum Health
  • Evaluate and Assess:
    • Areas of Restrictions, Injuries, Medical Background
    • Knowledge of Fitness Equipment use and Nutritional Guidelines
  • Prescription:
    • Prescribing the type of training and/or services to reach your goal efficiently and safely which may include Group Classes and Individual Training or may include specific or sports specific training where Special Professional Services are made available.

day two - 1 hr

The Workout Demonstration

  • Selected Strength Exercises with sets, repetitions, weight level and proper breathing with proper positive and negative resistance
  • Cardiovascular Target Heart Rate Conditioning


every four months - 1 hr

The Progress Report

A critical service provided by Pure Fitness in establishing contact with members to assure optimum health.


  • Measuring and Recording New Levels of Fitness
  • Discussion of New Goals
  • Evaluate and Assess changes in Fitness Levels
  • Prescription including necessary adjustments and/or critical changes to the type of training
