Our Pure Fitness group exercise schedule offers 50+ classes per week of various levels, from cardiovascular classes to sculpting, yoga and pilates classes just to name a few. Classes are held in our large, sun-filled studio built with a double-air-sprung oak-hardwood floor for comfort and safety. We also have a separete unique spinning studio built to inspire and motivate you through this exciting indoor cycling program.

Our company only contracts the very best freelance certified instructors insuring you have the safest and most motivating journey to your next fitness level.

Bikini Boot Camp

Join our energetic instructor for 9 weeks of fabulous body contouring cardio-vascular and muscle conditioning drills. Let's get yourself swimsuit ready. All levels of fitness welcome. 

Body Sculpt

This intense workout duplicates resistance training using free weights and barbells.  It's a great way to increase lean muscle and endurance, and burn fat with a variety of exercises in conjunction with core training.

Cardio Crunch

Highly energetic and basic in choreography, this class can improve your cardiovascular endurance and give you the calorie burning intensity you crave, by combining high/low movements with step and free weights.

Cardio Pump

A combination of cardio and strength training, using all types of equipment (step, stability ball, weights and mat work).  This class will involve simple athletic movements targeting the entire body.

Interval Challenge

Prepare yourself for a class that is 45 minutes of non-stop cardio drills, combined with muscular endurance/sculpting exercises in intervals!  Bring your water bottle!

Pilates

A balanced sequence of mat exercises are performed to improve core stability by strengthing your abs, back, overall muscle tone and increasing flexibility, posture and coordination.  Pilates is about form, balance, movement and breathing.  Abs, lower back and buttocks areas are supported, shaped and strengthened.

Spinning

This class is a unique indoor cycling program originally developed for elite athletes.  Participants burn an average of 500 calories in forty minutes doing this non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise.  Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensures a fun, safe and effective journey for all fitness levels.

Super Sculpt

The first half of the class involves non stop cardio/choreographed step.  The second half of the class will sculpt your upper and lower body using weights, stability balls and mat work.

Cardio Boot Camp

Get ready to sweat.  Drills and more drills involving weights and lots of cardio.  Continuous movement will keep the heart rate up and improve your endurance and strength!  Water bottle and towel a must.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga You will learn different postures (asana), conscious breathing (pranayama) and mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.  Yoga mat required.

Ashtanga Yoga A dynamic and challenging form of Hatha Yoga. Each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements, allowing the body to create heat, leading to more flexibility.  Yoga mat required.

Dynamic Yoga:  An athletic form yoga that incorporates power movements to aid in any type of sporty activity.  This is an energizing class where you will be introduced to a variety of challenging yoga poses that encourage body alignment, balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Come join us for a new theme each month!  Yoga mat required.

Vinyasa: Prana Flow  Adapted from the teachings of Shiva Rea's Fluid Power™ and Prana Flow™. Prana means life force. Students will feel liberated in the sahaja (spontaneous) flow. Knowing the body is made up of mostly water, we explore the fluid nature of our movement. Fluid Power™ is expressed in wave motion. We connect to our fluid body with each vinyasa, arriving to our peak asanas. Variations include chakra vinyasa sequences, as we link asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), mudra (hand seals), and chanting. Occasionally we will open the class with elements of Yoga Trance Dance™ , to the digeridoo, drums & tribal rhythms. The intention is to generate heat in the same way that Namaskars (Salutations) generate heat (shakti), allowing us to stretch & twist safely. 

 

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!  Your instructor will take you through salsa, meringue, reggae ton, bachata and other rhythms and you will achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in an hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate you for life!

Cardio Kick Box

A cardio class based on kick boxing moves!  You will use kicks, punches and shadow boxing to develop strength, endurance and balance and of course burn lots of calories.
